Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without specifying the reason, within 14 days of the product's delivery date.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
• Returns are free for all orders placed on our website within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: new, unused, with all original tags still attached, and in the original packaging, if possible.
• Returns of damaged or used products that are no longer in their original condition will not be accepted.
Return Request Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication within 14 days of receiving the product, specifying their intention to return it and indicating their order number. The request can be sent by email to web@atrio1710.it.
Once the return request is received, Atrio1710 will send a prepaid return label to the customer. The customer must package the product securely, attach the label, and arrange for the return through the designated courier.
Refund Times
Once we receive the returned item and verify its integrity, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in the customer's account, depending on bank processing times.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
• Personalized or made-to-measure products
• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
